Nose Gear

I assembled the pushrod and cleaned the powder coat off the inside of the support tube and and outside of the nose gear tube so it would slide into the bronze bushings, which fit rather easily into the main tube after cleaning out the paint. The bushings must be drilled for set screws to keep them from turning.

After those are assembled and the top bolt is fitted and drilled, then the stop plate is fitted and drilled. Because I'm using the VW engine mount, the stop plate has to be notched to clear one of the support tubes.
